Terms of Service
During the course of your active campaign with us we will monitor and automatically replace any link that has been removed, free of charge. The links we place and recognize as guaranteed links are guaranteed to stay on the sites they were placed, but not necessarily on the same pages while you are an active customer of our link building service. All guaranteed links will be placed by the 11th of the month following the month your campaign has begun. If you cancel your service, links gained during your active campaign are intended to remain permanently. MonsterWebPromotion does not guarantee links to stay up on the sites you are linked on once you cancel your service. After cancelling, it is possible that your link popularity may decrease if you do not have an active link building strategy.

Link Program Billing
Link Building wlil be billed on the first of each month. The amount billed and the date the work is completed depends on when the program was purchased. If purchased before the 10th of the month, the service will begin for that month and billing will be for setup and the first month's link package. If purchased after the 10th of the month, the service will begin for next month and the initial billing will be for the setup fee only. Link Building fees will be billed on the 1st of the next month.

Cancellations and Refunds
Link Building is a monthly service with recurring billing that must be cancelled before the next billing period. To stop recurring billing, simply contact MonsterWebPromotion to cancel the service. After the link program is billed, the monthly service begins. Any Link Building package previously billed will be completed for the month that the cancellation was requested. Link Building services are non-refundable, with the exception of special circumstances as determined by a MonsterWebPromotion representative. * All packages require a one time set-up fee shown above.
